My First Real Looking Roses

Hello my friends!

February is a special month with respect to the romantic realm. The common expression of love are candy, roses and cards. Unfortunately I can't make candy, so after short hesitation how to impress you, I've decided to make something absolutely new for me - real looking roses. I know, they are not red but, in my mind, they are worthy of a Valentines gift!

No doubt it was hard work. I'll leave the result of your judgement!

I had a go with five different colours of genuine foamiran, baby pink, white, forest green, olive green and dark green.

One of the most difficult part of the process was to make the stems. I spent hours and hours watching videos and experimenting with different materials.

The rose leaves are another important segment of a roses creation. You can use a mould to shape them or to draw a lines by hand to gain that natural looking greenery.

  I hope I achieved a good outcome :-)!

Thank you for coming around again!

Wishing you wonderful week!

See you soon!

Hugs!

Wedding Head Crowns

Hello my dear friends!

I hope that you still remember mu wedding foamiran flowers which were exposed by me in the blog one week ago. It's high time I showed you what I've created with them!
I can say that I'm really pleased with the result and also very proud of myself personally :-)!
There you go! Three dazzling wedding head crowns! Every single piece of them was handmade with lots of love and passion!

It was a long process of cutting, heating twisting and rolling hundreds of mini petals and leaves. I've used several techniques to create these beauties! There is a picture of a
'' how to do'' moment :-)

Every single crown contains six pale pink roses, three rose buds in the same shades, five gypsophila stalks, several mini flowers in white and pale peach and some mini rose and cineraria leaves ... oh, and antique white berries well :-)!

Thanks to the vast amount of flower making accessories and the huge variety of  foamiran in www.crafteezee.co.uk, the process of making them was much shorter!

I can't exactly say how many hours took me making those stunning crowns but, believe me, every single spent minute was a big pleasure for me!

The most exiting part of the story was when I showed the crowns to the beautiful bride. She was over the moon!!! It's such a satisfaction to see the pure happiness in the girl's eyes!

I hope you like them too!

Thank you for your visit!
See you next week!

Hugs!
